The vines are resting and gathering energy for our 2015 season. Wine Maker, Patrick Barrelet walks the vineyard often in January checking the buds on all varieties of our French Hybrids to see if there is any damage from the cold weather. He is also looking for any critters that might be causing damage. We have had sightings of a large white owl, possibly a Great Horned Owl living on the property. A welcome guest this time of year to help Patrick keep an eye on the critter population.
